Yowa-aah Healing Society is a concept of Healing and Spiritual Development that is both eclectic and cross cultural. It is based on my over 15 years of research and practice of traditional healing and specifically Chinese Medicine, Shiatsu, Deep Energy(ka)Work, Spiritual Psychology and Shamanism. My current scope of practice is focused around what is commonly referred to as "energy(ka) work". Based largely upon my background in Chinese Medicine, but also influence heavily by the spiritual concepts of India and Tibet, I have developed an approach to energy(ka) work and healing that is both innovative and dynamic. The spiritual and ideological foundation for my work is based on what i call Triple Yowa; an extrapolation of Central African (Kikongo) tradition combined with my own interpretation of "Hebraic Kabbalah". The organizational principle behind Triple Yowa is a concept i call the 3 Jewels; an explication of energetic interractions and the organization of phenomena into 3 concentrations of energy: siddhic(mind/spirit), energetic(subtle body energy/qi/ka) and somatic(the physical body and it's bio-enegetic constituents). The 3 Jewels constitute a principle cornerstone in the understanding, evaluation and treatment of illness. It represents a multidimensional perspective and approach that is rooted within ancient Chinese Daoist and Indian Samkhya philosophy. The 3 Jewels also are icons that define the 3 great therapeutic traditions of the ancient world: Indian(somatic), Chinese(energetic) and Tibetan(siddhic). From my view the most critical aspect of YHS is direct interaction with the subtle energy at both the diagnostic and therapeutic levels. Those who experience my sessions often experience a sense of deep relaxation, emotional clearing, pain relief and clarity of consciouness.
